Does it take a small miracle for you to do the activities that you know you need to do when you need to do them? Do you ever find days screaming by and you never get to the most important items on your to-do list? Do you ever struggle to stay motivated long enough to achieve your goals? Does the road ahead seem too long or challenging?

If you answered any of these questions with a “Yes,” Guess what??… You’re human! Yeah, you heard me, HUMAN. We all go through times of personal challenge, self-doubt, and seemingly insurmountable odds.

The truth is that when you’re focused on what you’re shooting for, you are a huge force to be reckoned with; an amazing unstoppable force; you’ve got killer instinct; you can and you will succeed! Do you believe all of those statements? Do you believe any of them?

I am completely energized by these challenges. I love to think of myself as the kind of person who fits the going category, “When the going gets tough the tough get going.” I like to look like a duck on water. Cool and calm above the water’s surface but underneath those webbed feet are kicking like crazy!

So, what can you do? The title of this post is ,“Get It to a Whisper,” and to understand where I’m coming from, think of a football coach or better yet a drill sergeant screaming at you to perform the task at hand and hammering you toward perfection over and over again. Their hope and purpose are for you to be able to perform the necessary task almost on autopilot when the situation arises. By using the phrase “Get It to a Whisper,” I’m referring to the time that you do have it down and you’re performing your skill on a very high and almost automatic basis. No need to scream and holler at you anymore, you’ve got it down!

What are your key tasks that might need to do some initial prodding to get down? What are you trying to accomplish that you might need an accountability partner to get in your ear about? Like I mentioned, you can and you will succeed, but if you need some help from a coach. Reach out and let’s jump on a call.

The ball is in your court; why not hit it back by jumping on a call? Good luck and we hope to talk to you soon.
